• Race starts at 9AM
• There will be an overall prize awarded to 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th (Men & Women).
•  There is a course record bonus of €100 for men and women on offer.
•  Overall prize winners (1st-5th) will be excluded from age group prizes.
•  1^st€50, 2^nd €40, 3^rd €30 in ALL age group categories. 18-20,20-24;25-29;60-64;65+
•   The prize value in each category shall be equal for male and female.
• Triathlon Ireland qualifier race for ETU Middle Distance Championships

Triathlon Ireland Sanction

    This event is sanctioned by the governing body for triathlons and related events in Ireland, Triathlon Ireland (TI).  The race therefore complies with well established rules including safety regulations, race organisation guidelines and provision of third party insurance cover.  TI nominated officials attend every sanctioned event to ensure these standards are fully adhered to.
