Training Schedule

Below are the details of the club training we've arranged for Spring 2017 for club members.

You must be a current 2017 club member to attend the free sessions where the club is paying for the training facilities. So if you have not already renewed your membership for 2017 please do so via the TI website.

Running Claremont Track Mondays @7pm - Running sessions will be at Clarermont AC track. This will be a 1 hour session for club members. Next session will start next Monday 10th April.

Group Cycling - If you're planning on any cycling spins please post on Facebook so other members can join in.
